The process of purchasing a home has always made me feel somewhat intimidated. Monica's seminar provided the advantages of homeownership. Providing the steps of finance, to qualities to look for in an agent, to the procedures for finding my future home even for those considering purchasing a home. It opened my eyes and gave me motivation to take the homebuyer process serious and continue to learn more about the process. I am confident that I have the knowledge I need to begin organizing my finances and getting on the right path to becoming a first-time home buyer. Even if you're not looking to buy your first home today, it's better to educate yourself early if you think you'll ever want to buy. A little education can go a long way in relieving your fears and anxieties.
